Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives you can always send in an email to discuss the issue. All items are packaged & shipped to the best of our ability therefor, we will replace items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a replacement please email a picture of broken item, packaging material & description of product to [email protected]
Clothing or home goods can be exchanged for a store credit within 10 days of delivery with all tags attached & in original package.
